Moeller Homes would like to thank our Heroes for their dedicated efforts and selfless acts of courage and compassion during the tragic Waldo Canyon fires. We are so proud to be a part of this amazing community and are ...honored to call Colorado Springs our home. It is so refreshing to see the outpour of volunteering and kindhearted spirits from our community pull together and… begin to help rebuild this beautiful city.

With much gratitude THANK YOU Colorado Springs Firefighters, Police Officers, Forest Service personnel, City Leaders and the people of our city for your service, support and dedication!!

Waldo Canyon Relief

Moeller Homes would like to offer a FREE one hour design consultation with Gary Starr of Starr Pro Designs and with Brian Hildenbrandt of Hildenbrandt & Associates, Inc.  If you already have a house plan we would be delighted to work with you as well.  In addition we are offering a $5,000 credit toward the construction costs.

Dear Colorado Springs Neighbors,
We at Moeller Homes would like to extend our heartfelt sympathy to you for the material loss, emotional trauma and physical stress you have had to endure during the recent past. We cannot imagine what you were and are going through.  While we were able to help in very small ways by donating and volunteering the feeling of helplessness was overwhelming!
Moeller Homes would like to offer you our skills in your efforts to rebuild, remodel or repair. No project is too large or too small!  We are a very diverse company having built homes in ALL price ranges and in many areas of our community.
Roger has been a licensed contractor and building in Colorado Springs since 1978. He has a degree in architecture and is a very hands-on guy, which you will discover when you speak to any one of the references we have included.  Gabe, also a licensed contractor, has been with our team since 2005 and brings many fresh and new ideas to the table. Moeller Homes has received many ”Mame” and building industry awards and would be honored to assist you and PLEDGE to make the experience with us painless and very enjoyable as well! No matter the size of the project Roger and Gabe will use their knowledge, skills, experience and the highest level of integrity to create a home you will be proud of.

Brian Hildenbrandt is a Colorado Registered Professional Engineer with 24 years of experience in foundation evaluations, including damage and loss investigations.

We have an inter-active web site that allows clients to check on the progress of their home on a daily basis from their computer. We look forward to meeting with you soon!

Moeller Homes is pleased to announce that our Award winning 2008 Grand Award/2008 People’s Choice Award home will be open for viewing at the HBA Holiday Village Sites & Individual Holiday Homes Showcase.  HBA is partnering with the Empty Stocking Fund for this event.
